• Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has invited candidates for IOCL Apprentice Bharti Exam 2023. IOCL Selection Process 2023

1.Written Examination –

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written examination. The written examination will be completed in two hours duration. Subject to the eligibility criteria notified in the notification.
• If there is a situation of equal marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination, then the senior candidate among the two will be given priority considering the date of birth as a factor.
• Call letter will be sent to the prima facie eligible candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination.
• Objective type multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be asked in the written examination in which there will be four options and one option will have the correct answer.

2.Document Varifications – All the candidates who will be selected in the written examination will be sent for Document Verification in which the required documents of the candidate and the post chosen by him while filling the application will be scrutinized very closely.

3.Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness: It is mandatory for the candidate to fulfill the minimum physical fitness standards/criteria as mentioned in the official notification. Only candidates qualifying in the physical fitness standards/criteria will be appointed as trainees.

IOCL Apprentice Salary / Pay Scale

Whichever candidates will be selected, they will receive a salary of Rs. 12,548/- per month with allowances as per government norms.
